Service was good, ,the shisha tasted differently. Not sure if they use herbal mix or cross contaminated wit flavors. Changed the head but still off. The head size is also smaller than other places.

Good shisha but more suited to the local middle eastern crowd.

A great place to smoke shisha. It's a bit small . Really good kebab platter plate. No alcohol served. But you can hang and chill out smoking till 2 or even 3 am .

A nice place for shisha and listening to Arab songs, I mean sitting there i really felt like I am in a cafe in lebanon or Amman, UAE, I don't know how many would understand this reference but anyways, it was a good experience.

Staff: Hard working staff (Always appears to be one only), extremely courteous, but you can wait a while for service...I chalk this up to being understaffed.place: pretty dirty...Bathrooms are untouchable (urine and other functions on seat and floor), floor is littered with toilet paper and items such as soap, paper towel or toilet paper r minimal or non existent and had to be asked for. tables get a quick wet towel wipe if they are lucky when someone leaves...I have watched people leave and the table never get wiped down either. If cleanliness improved in this location I may up my stars. (I can tolerate the understaffed and slow service)

Went there for a quick hangout with my friends. The guy asked for an I.D., left my wallet at the car (my mistake), asked him if it was okay if I don’t have an I.D. since I won’t be using the hookah anyways and he said yes. 5 minutes later he comes to our table and straight up told us to leave because I don’t have an ID. Went to get it everything went fine. Service and professionalism is bad, place is clearly not maintained and washroom is disgusting.

Was in Ottawa for the day so I decided to try out one the Shisha places in the city. I picked this one because I liked the name. Guess what? The Shisha turned out good. They had a patio. They good food. I will definitely come back again.

Used to come for the cheap hookah and atmosphere but the staff got more bitter in the past year!Where's the charm?3 star

The patio is nice, Shisha is okay BUT we noticed that the staff are unfriendly! We went many times and we noticed the same behavior! It felt like the owner especially is not happy! We talk to him and he responded with arrogance! We decided to go to another shisha place nearby where we felt WELCOMED!!

The owner was disrespectful and had a lot of attitude. Overall, never going there again and I wouldn’t recommend going there because it’s unprofessional and he made me uncomfortable. He told me not to “come there again if I wasn’t 18”. I asked if he wanted to see ID and he refused to see it because he knew I was older.

Best place in town! Cozy environment, service here is nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend also trying their tea, Arabic Shawarma, and fries.

Unprofessional and rude customer service. The guy who opened on October 15th came over one hour late ,people were lined up waiting for him. He kicked me out saying that i had to smoke and can not just have a drink. . I have never been to a cafe that force you to smoke or leave... it's not even mentioned on their door or menu that you have to smoke or leave.. this place doesn't clean at night they clean every day at noon when you come in . They are in need of customer service training .

Favorite place

It started absolutely pouring rain outside while I was walking and I had my laptop with me. So I ran to the nearest place which was here, sat down and explained I just needed a place to not get soaked for like 15-20minutes. Didn’t matter, I got kicked out. I understand loitering, but have some hospitality. I own a business as well and this definitely wouldn’t have been a problem because I’m a decent human being.
